Herbal tokes are intentional plant blends, hand-rolled smokes made with love to support your journey physically, emotionally, and energetically. Each blend is crafted to help you ground, regulate, and reconnect to yourself, while invoking plant spirits to assist and guide your path.
These are not meant to be used frequently as constant inhalation of any smoke regularly, even incense can be harmful to your health. Instead, we recommend using them with intention on Sabbats, full or new moons, before ritual or ceremony, or during moments when the energy aligns with your desired intention. 
This is about connection, not consumption.

Directions:
For ritual use, gently bring the smoke into the mouth without inhaling into the lungs. Hold for a moment as you connect place your hand on your heart, close your eyes, and attune to your intention.
You may softly blow the smoke over ritual items, into your space, or offer it to the night into a starlit sky, an altar, or any moment that feels sacred.
If you choose to inhale into the lungs, you do so at your own discretion. Do not use if pregnant or nursing.
