The moon makes her sacred journey through the sky night after night, cycle after cycle, as she has done since ancient times and will continue to do for untold ages more. It is widely known how her presence influences our world, and how her gravity controls the tides. However, a witch also knows how her energies influence us as individuals, and how her powerful magick can become an essential part of our craft.
I created Healing with the Moon to help guide you through the lunar phases and offer ways that you can weave working with each phase to support and amplify your sacred healing journey. Within these 28 beautifully illustrated pages, you’ll find spells, rituals, and shadow work to guide you through a full lunar cycle, including suggestions for setting up an altar and inviting Selene into your practice.
This offering invites you to slow down, listen within, and give your own healing the time and devotion it deserves. We often focus on the power of the Full Moon and the opportunity to manifest and release, but each Moon Phase teaches an important piece of the healing cycle. You’ll see how one can move through the New Moon’s invitation to begin again, the First Quarter’s work of building strength, the Full Moon’s release and illumination, and the Final Quarter’s space for integration and forgiveness.
My hope is that these pages help you feel more connected to yourself and to your inner magick. Something you can bring to your altar and return to each month, meeting yourself wherever you are, and surrendering to the wisdom of the Moon’s steady cycle and the unconditional gift of her energies as she journeys again and again through the night sky.
