April’s Energy Reading

April will again be a month of many changes both on a
physical and spiritual levels. We will all be facing resistance
from others who do not want to be challenged to changed. They are
comfortable in the familiar and traditional; to them change is at
best bad, at worse evil. When I was shuffling the cards to start
the energy reading for April, the High Priest and the King of
Pentacles jumped out and wanted my attention. The High Priest is
the card of secret wisdom and knowledge, but it can also represent
stagnation and fear of the unknown. The King of Pentacles is the
master of energy; it can also be a very logical person who knows how
to put things into perspective.
The energy we will all dealing with for the month of April
of more of the physical than spiritual realm, meaning we will be
dealing more with physical and emotional issues. Each of us will
be presented with situations that will teach us what we need to
learn the most. Although the experiences will be similar, the
challenges will be individual.
The energy we are bringing in from the past is the nine of
pentacles. Although we have gotten may of the physical things we
have asked for and sought through many means, they have not made us
happen. The challenge is to find happiness, security, and comfort
from within; it is the only way we will be manifested those things
in the physical world. In order to see it we have to be it.
Sometimes the only way we can find the answers we seek is to
separate and find the core of who we truly are. It’s in the
aloneness that we remember what is important to us.
April’s energy is represented by the Fool. Trust and the
ability to take chances will be brought into the forefront of our
lives. Those who are willing to face their fears and take the risks
are the ones who will be rewarded the most. However, rewards are
not always tangible assets. More often than not the booty will be
in the form of self appreciation and awareness. By being able to
find our own beauty and uniqueness we are able to project it
outward. The old saying of likes attract alike will be true for
this month. What image you project is how the world will see you.
See the positives in yourself and the world. See your beauty,
wisdom and courage. Magically others with the same perspective
will appear in your life. Have the courage to try the new–to
explore the unknown The rewards will be more than you expect.
The Devil is the energy that will come out of April. There
will be no possession by evil forces and the writing of best selling
books written about the experience–unless you consider materialism
run amuck is an evil force. The outside world will require much of
our attention both for our personal selves and society in general. I
get the impression that the revelation of long kept truths will have
many of us questioning our own judgments and perspectives. Many of
the truths we held dear will be found to be false. People we
thought as honorable will be revealed to be dark souls. All of which
will create fear and instability. The challenge will be to stand
back and not take anything personally. By doing so we are able to
be the dancing reed instead of the brittle unbending oak. Yes the
roots of the oak run deep in tradition, but its inflexibility makes
it easier to break and topping over. The reed bends in the wind and
is left standing when the storm is over.
